SOULMATES POLEMATES

Everyone is always talking about finding their soulmate. There are a million articles, youtube videos, books, etc. on this subject alone. People pose questions on Facebook whether or not people believe there is a soulmate out there for every person. I've always been quite the progressive and nontraditional thinker. I mean just ahead of my time. However, the notion of each person having one person that was walking around in search for them, just seems quite ridiculous. No I must say, I don't totally negate the idea. I just think that you having one soulmate on this earth is depressing. What if you meet this mystical being, and you're walking along down a nice sandy because at peace with your boo, and a great white shark comes out of the water and kills him or her. Are you then done? Will your life never be blissful again?
